We are hiring: Office Administrator

We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join the team.

Location: Carrickmore, Co Tyrone

Closing Date:  1st July 2022

The successful candidate will undertake the below duties:

Main Duties of Office Administrator

  • Reception Duties, including answering the telephone and redirecting calls
  • Booking Hotels & Flights and managing work trips for employees
  • Processing Invoices
  • Communicating with suppliers including reconciliation of account
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Assist the Management Accountant with raising and managing purchase orders.
  • Assist the Management Accountant with payroll duties

Essential Skills

Knowledge of and experience in Sage 50 Accounts (or similar accounting packages)
