Job Specification:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Administrator located in Carrickmore.

Role Description:

  • General Office Duties
  • Booking work travel trips
  • Accounts payable
  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Managing Purchase Ledger
  • Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Monthly reporting for management

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sage 50 Accounts- experience in other software desirable but not essential
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Finance and Accounting skills
  • Account Reconciliation and Account Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred

Experience:

  • Sage: 1 year (preferred)
  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
